Start a membership fee round
Choose the year and the rate per membership type. Ledenboek creates an invoice for every active member, with the right amount for youth members, family members or honorary members.
Members pay with iDEAL or direct debit
Every member receives an email with a payment link. One click and the payment is in via iDEAL. Members with a digital mandate do not have to do anything: their membership fee is collected automatically (via Mollie or a SEPA file for your own bank).
Reminders go out by themselves
Anyone who has not paid after a few weeks automatically receives a friendly reminder with the same payment link. You decide the tone and the frequency.
Everything adds up in the administration
Incoming payments are automatically matched to the right member and the right invoice. Bank transfers on your bank statement are recognised too. The audit committee can see exactly what happened afterwards.

Sie können den Mitgliedsbeitrag über unsere Mollie-Anbindung einziehen oder selbst eine SEPA-Lastschriftdatei bei Ihrer Bank einreichen. Beides geht mit Ledenboek. Der Unterschied liegt vor allem darin, wie viel Arbeit es Sie jeden Monat kostet.
Über die Mollie-Anbindung
- ✓ Mitglieder erteilen ihr Mandat digital über einen Link. Kein Papier, keine Unterschriften aufbewahren.
- ✓ Die Abbuchung läuft automatisch an dem Tag, den Sie eingestellt haben. Sie müssen nichts dafür tun.
- ✓ Eine fehlgeschlagene Abbuchung wird automatisch erneut versucht, und das Mitglied wird benachrichtigt.
- ✓ Rücklastschriften landen direkt in Ledenboek, Sie müssen sie also nicht aus Ihrem Kontoauszug heraussuchen.
- ✓ Der Nachweis jedes Mandats liegt bei Mollie und nicht in Ihrem Aktenschrank.
- ✓ Ihre Mitglieder zahlen mit dem, was Sie bei Mollie aktivieren: PayPal oder Karte, Bancontact für Ihre belgischen Mitglieder, Kreditkarte, PayPal oder eine deutsche Zahlungsart. Wir schränken diese Auswahl nicht ein.
Selbst bei Ihrer Bank einreichen
- • Sie beantragen zuerst eine Gläubiger-ID und schließen mit Ihrer Bank eine Lastschriftvereinbarung ab.
- • Jeden Monat laden Sie die Lastschriftdatei aus Ledenboek herunter und bei Ihrer Bank hoch.
- • Das muss vier bis fünf Werktage vor dem Einzugsdatum geschehen, sonst verschiebt sich der ganze Lauf.
- • Rücklastschriften sehen Sie auf Ihrem Kontoauszug und tragen sie selbst in Ledenboek nach.
- • Den Nachweis jedes Mandats bewahren Sie selbst auf, mit Datum und Unterschrift.
- • Eine Lastschriftdatei kann nur SEPA-Lastschrift. Keine Kreditkarte, kein PayPal, und bei einem Mitglied ohne europäisches Bankkonto können Sie damit nichts einziehen.
Bei der Mollie-Anbindung behalten wir 2 % des gezahlten Betrags ein; was Mollie selbst berechnet, kommt hinzu. Reichen Sie die Datei selbst bei Ihrer Bank ein, berechnen wir nichts pro Transaktion und Sie zahlen nur die Gebühren Ihrer Bank.

How does the digital mandate work?
You send the member a link. The member confirms the mandate online and from then on the direct debit runs automatically. No paper forms or scanning signatures.

Can you collect membership fees and subscriptions together?
