Can a VvE manage itself without an external property manager?

Yes. The law does not require a VvE to hire a professional property manager. Many smaller VvEs handle the board work and administration themselves, especially with software that supports contribution collection, the reserve fund and the general meeting. An external property manager is a choice, not an obligation.

What does Ledenboek cost for a VvE?
